Roads Projects, Engineering & Works

The Shire's Works team keep busy conducting the following works around our town.

• Road maintenance
• Footpath maintenance
• Park / Reserves maintenance
• Street tree maintenance
• Road verge maintenance
• Requests for private works
• Drainage maintenance
• Storm damage clearing

The Shire of Morawa is responsible for the maintenance and upgrading of most roads within the Shire except those under the control of Main Roads WA. If you require any works to be completed that are under the control of Council, such as road grading or removal of debris, you can submit your request in writing and the Shire will endeavor to fit your request into their works schedule.
